Association currently seeking assistant to the Community Manager. This position will provide high-level administrative support to the CM and work closely with the management team. Must be proficient in MS Office, managing files and records as well as office procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data as well as customer relations. Ideal candidate must have strong computer and internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Position reports directly to the Community Manager

Requirements: Minimum three to five years administrative experience, high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information and must be able to work some early mornings and/or evenings
